Our patients don't need it!

Our in-house membership club, Milwaukee Dental Arts Care Club, is an easy way to make dental care available to the whole family, simplifying the process without the need for insurance. With Milwaukee Dental Arts Care Club, you get everything you need without worrying about finances.

Eligibility

Any patient in the office with an account balance of zero is eligible to join the plan. Dentist will determine if patient requires periodontal membership. This membership can only be used for care at Milwaukee Dental Arts.

Annual Cost

  • $400/year for child and for adults (with regular cleanings and no periodontal disease) - (SAVE $352 per year and more)
  • For patients enrolled in active periodontal maintenance due to prior treatment of periodontal (gum) disease, call the office for information.

Adults Membership (13 and older)

  • Professional dental cleanings (2 per year)
  • Doctor exams (1-2 per year)
  • Intraoral Full Mouth Images (1 per year)
  • One emergency exam per year (if needed)
  • 15% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)

Child Membership (12 and younger)

  • Professional dental cleanings (2 per year)
  • Doctor exams (1-2 per year)
  • Intraoral Full Mouth Images (1 per year)
  • One emergency exam per year (if needed)
  • Fluoride treatment (1-2 per year)
  • 15% off all other treatments (some exclusions may apply)
